The Winthrop Harbor AARP Chapter #871 normally meets at 1:00 P.M. at the Winthrop Harbor Community Center, 1520 Seventh Street on the third Tuesday of each month.  The exceptions to this are a luncheon meeting starting at noon on the third Tuesday in June and a holiday luncheon starting at noon on the third Tuesday in December.  There is no meeting during the month of August.  

The Community Center is located two blocks east of Sheridan Road on 7th Street.  At the regular meetings we usually try to have a presentation of interest to the seniors attending.  Periodically we poll the members to attempt to get an understanding of their interests.Refreshments are served and guests are always welcome to attend our meetings.

Non-members are always welcome and are welcome to join for a one time fee of two dollars. Each month we attempt to call the members and remind them of the meeting dates.
