- Conducted to obtain student feedback on campaign messages and materials 4-6 times a school year.
- Facilitated by trained staff.
- Campaign materials
- Materials incorporate messages reflecting the most recent youth survey data highlighting the positive, healthy behaviors of most students.
- ZBTHS administration approves all materials.
- Media channels include posters, billboards, local business marquees, special events, and incentives with the primary messages: “90% of Zee-Bees are Tobacco Free” & “70% of Zee-Bees are Alcohol Free”.
- Address misperceptions and believability
- Increase knowledge of high school staff through lunch and learns, staff meetings and e-mails.
- Increase communication and coordination between coalition staff and high school through NEW Social Norms Liaison (Ms. Melanie Mudarth).
- Increase knowledge and awareness of students through advisory and cafeteria activities
